Chapman Street Properties LLC is a small locally owned and operated residential rental company by Josh & Jenna Smith.  The LLC was established in 2019 with a desire to continue the efforts of maintaining the availability of affordable housing in Greenfield.  Many of our units are subsidized through a Massachusetts state program called MRVP.  We are hands on owners, personally managing and maintaining all apartments we own.
